INTRODUCTION
The TR518 SII is the latest product in the renowned TR518 series of manufacturing defect analyzers. The new TR518 SII builds on an incredible track record of performance success so far by providing a Windows 7 system interface design, USB interface that can connect to a notebook or PC, up to 2,560 analog test points, TestJet technology, and many other features that provide operators with high speed, high accuracy, and high reliability testing.
